There use to be a website which you just filled in the boxes and it worked out the boiler size for a property (IDHEE I think). Anyone know what happened to it?

Room by room then add up to get total

I've been recommended this one, heard its quite good:

calculators.baxiknowhow.co.uk/boiler-sizing/

Ive tried the Baxi version but not to sure on the accuracy.

I know I've said it already but, get a mear calculator. You'll have it for life and it does a lot more than boiler sizes.
Doesn't need plugging in, it will do rad size, pipe size, flow rates, pump sizing etc.
