Will all electric showers work with a combi boiler?

As electric showers only have a mains cold feed they are independent from your combi.
Unless you mean something else?

As above an electric shower is seperate. If you have a pumped shower, that is seperate pump away from shower then pipework needs modifying, if it's a power shower (pump inside shower case) or digital then no.
