Morning everyone,
  • Vokera gas combi boiler
  • 35 degrees rising main
  • 37 min to 60 max DHW temperature
  • Top floor flat
I turned my DHW dial on number 8 and took the hot water temperature from the kitchen sink and when tap was fully open it read at 51 degrees Celsius and when I reduced the tap flow it read at 41 degrees Celsius, so which one is it and why does it differ? The boiler doesn't have any LED to indicate the temperature so I use a digital thermometer to check it.

As the season has changed the DHW has become cooler so I am trying to set the DHW temperature at setting suitable for colder months, as I find myself struggling to find a balance to where to leave the DHW for winter. Summer is easier because at dot 3 or 4 the DHW is fine, the water is usually between 38 to 41 degrees for the duration of summer.

I have attached some pictures of specs and any advice would be greatly appreciated.
