Did an install for a landlord the other day.

I supplied boiler and unvented. He supplied all controls (he insisted)

the wiring centre was one of these supposedly idiot proof ones so I thought what the hell let's give it a bash, but I seem to have an issue.

It's an S plan system and I can can get hot water on its own, but for some reason I can't have heating on its own.

Has as anyone got much experience of these centres and have I done something really simple wrong?

Oh for a row of choc bloks

Did you snip the correct links as the instructions state (2 & 4 I think!)

Yep checked and checked those

are the programmer dip switches set for gravity or pumped?

they are useless those pre wired boxes i just rip all the links out and use the jointing blocks

should be easy to find as you either have no power to the brown wire or no power to the grey work backwards to find whats missing im betting on roomstat not in line

Thanks all. Few ideas to take back with other wise rip out like we said
