Going to look at a suprima tomorrow not firing. Just looking through a fault chart on the boiler and I'm struggling with the meaning of their use of testing the components. It says on various items that you turn off the main power supply and test the two wires say on the thermistor to see if is shorted?????
shorted.....does this mean it's faulty?
can someone explain what shorted means please?

Thanks all
