WISY rainwater sytem

Anybody know how these work?
I have a long standing customer who has just moved house which has one of these installed for flushing toilets.
There is a pump/solenoid valve in the garage with a pressure gauge and a reset button. The customer has to use the reset button after every use of the toilet otherwise they do not re-fill. I have never come across one so dont know where to start Any help would be appreciated

why not look them up online and call them direct, best way to get the answer you want and maybe the manuals u need.
