Hello guys, having an issue with Worcester 240. It's overheating when u run a shower, it cuts out and needs to be reset. Thinking it's the the water to water heat exchanger partially blocked? Any ideas? Cheers

Try cleaning it flesi put some f5 in the heating side warm it up with the blow torch leave it for twenty mins and flush it out with mains water repeat a couple of times depending on how bad it's slugged up.

You could try flushing, it may work. I spent ages once and it seemed ok, but blocked later leaving the customer with two bills.

It is up to you though. It is just one of those ones. Might, might not.
