worcester 24cdi rfs expainsion tank

ive been to a job today and the expansion tank is shot but it looks like a right pig to change its the one sat right at the back behind the pump and plate anyone have any tips on this,,,,,are they a pain??? says in the manual you have to remove pump plate aps and heat exchanger i dont really work on these thanks

fit an external expansion vessel on the pipework would be an option

as above,or drill out the rivets on the rh side frame the frame will bend enough to remove the ev be careful not to brake the gas valve modureg on removal,refit with new pop rivets after wards but its still a right mare of a job i think i would go down the road of a remote ev
