Worcester 24i issue

Hi All,
i appear to have a problem with this Worcester 24i. About 6 weeks ago there was a problem with the pressure dropping and 2 leaking valves. These were all changed and all fine. I was called back on Friday saying heating was working, hot water intermittent. Customer said he has not topped the boiler up since my last visit but pressure was over 3bar. I reduced this and he said and showed a small video of the boiler clicking very loudly one night. He said it doesn't happen all the time but was getting more frequent. Now he has called said fine over the weekend but really loud clicking noise last night now not hot water. Any common or obvious tproblems with these?

Is filling loop passing and the loud clicking noise is the prv opening and closing(what it's meant to do when over pressurised)

Expansion vessel charge lost? Filling loop passing? Plate to plate pinholed? All possibilities for the high pressure.
