Hi all, another Worcester giving me grief lol.

24i Junior (not greenstar) going to lockout.

I spent 2 1/2 hrs with this on Friday, serviced, cleaned out the low water pressure switch, wasn't to bad really.

Went to lock out after 15 mins use, I took the water pressure switch out of circuit and all seemed to work well for 1/2 hr. A new water pressure switch was fitted and worked all the time I was there.

Over the weekend the customer has been in touch, as the boiler is now worse than ever at locking out (surprise surprise !! )

Any ideas ?? Inlet and burner pressures are spot on boiler boiler very quiet in operation.

Been to one this morning doing the same light flashing 4 times per second pulled the pressure switch hose off and where it tees off to the sampling point the plastic tee had melted one side closed just something to look at
