Hi All,
I need an urgent help with the above combi boiler.
I moved to this property about 5 years ago. Before i moved to this property, the property was a big house converted to two flats in 1999, so I am assuming that the worcester 24I was first installed in 1999.
The boiler was working fine until sometime last year when i discovered that the hot water won't come on unles the heating system is on.
Around June last year, i got an engineer in to sort the problem out. It cost me a lot of money to service the system, changed some parts, and flushed all the radiators. The system worked fine for a while and went back to its old way.
For now, I rarely get enough water for my bathe. The heating rarely comes on at all. There is a leak of water from the outside pipe. Whenever the hot water manages to come on, it goes cold again. The boiler makes an awful noise.
Please some advise here as I do not have money in this hard times to change the boiler. Is there anything to change to fix this boiler or it has come to the end of its working life?
