Hello my girlfriend has a Worcester 24i in her flat, it lost pressure and she only noticed when the hot water stopped working.

She then topped up the water pressure but now it will not fire up.

Has she broke it by not having the correct pressure? or can it be fixed easily?

Hi and welcome, you will get limited help re gas Q`s but any idea what the pressure is now?

Thanks she topped it up to 2 bar.

I called a gas fitter but he cant come out to next monday, he said he might need a manual reset? any ideas if i can do this?

Next time you log in tick the little box under your user name or it comes up as unregistered.

I was just trying to get the ball rolling for you, others more informed than me can answer that Q for you.

Alas no reset button, the cover says there is one on the top but it is hard and unable to press it, dont think it was ever pressable.

switch off then back on note if you have any times set on the clock they might not be there once turn back on and sorry to say thats all you can do

Switch temperature dial fully anti clockwise. Wait for 5 seconds then turn it back to where it's normally set too. That should do the trick.

Thanks for replies, sadly it doesnt seem to want to reset no matter what i do ;(
