I have a worcester 28cdi. We have changed the PCB, the thermo couple. The plumber. Has checked it and it works fine. All the heating works. all the taps work. However the bath tap has a mixer shower and after 2mins of running the shower the hot water turns off and then it resets after 2 secs and then the process starts again. We have taken then shower head off and it does work when there is no head on.so we. Bought a bigger head but no luck. Also the manual temperature switch on the front of the boiler doesn't work. It is always hot. This part is connected to the PCB and didn't work on the old PCB and doesn't work on the new PCB. What are the chances of both pcbs being faulty.
Someone has mentioned getting a thermostatically balanced tap and shower mixer but are we just throwing good money away here. The boiler is ten years old.
