Gotta look at a old 28cdi tomorrow report of no water without heating being on and known probs to aim for thanks

Check to see if the micro switch is being made by the plunge Ron the end of the diverter valve, if not diverter valve. I wouldn't bother changing the diaphragm, the whole valve needs to be removed to do it. By the time you've bought the o ring kit and the diaphragm, your at the same money as the whole valve complete with o rings

By the way, its not the easiest job in the world. Allow yourself 2 hrs to do it and make sure every o ring is replaced and cleaned up. I've had them leak before and the whole lot has to come out again, nightmare on plunge Ron street.

Checked yesterday afternoon no plunger movement new diverted it is then cheers Nostrum

I always find its the cold water inlet that leaks I clean it up put a new o ring and a bit of lsx around the fitting otherwise it always leaks.
