Hi all, came across this boiler whilst installing s rad. The house has been extended many times and there are now There are 15 rads on the system, 6 of those are doubles and an average 1200 long by 600 high. They all get hot and the boiler condenses well but I would have thought that the boiler was now undersized for the property.
Any thoughts please?

The expansion vessel certainly is as it is only 6 litre! The 28kw is for dhw .....ch is only 24 kw also....CDi required IMHO

Thanks for the reply. Boiler seems to work ok but will have to watch the expansion closely! If the boiler was undersized I take it the house wouldn't warm enough and would have a lower life expectancy. I could always fit an external ev if required. Any other issues apart from efficiency with an undersized boiler?

It will certainly condense due to lower return temps due to the rad loading, as long as the pipe work is sized to suit and system is balanced and it gets warm as you have said, the only worry is maybe putting in an EV oh and a frozen condensate if terminates outside!

Condense was overflow pipe 21.5mm but terminated to an inside drain under boiler in garage. (my concern for frost stat was the install is right by garage doors.
