Customer complained of hot water no central heating & buzzing sound from boiler.

Could not find problem on boiler reset.It worked well until.

i drained system fitted Tf1 filter & descaler.

Getting hard fault code"flashing 61" cannot find.Pump comes on periodically divertor valve operational no fan on heating/hot water demand the reverts to 16

I changed divertor valve motor but it is operational

Is this indicative of a pump fault or accumulation of debris pump head as noise from pump area ?????
