Worcester 30CDi NG to LPG

Hi All,

Wondering if someone can give me some advice.... Recently removed a healthy 30CDi Natural gas from a house and put it into my caravan... Obtained correct conversion kit from worcester which was just a chip.. I replaced the existing chip for new, adjusted air/ratio as instructed. Turned boiler on and i then immediately switched off as a loud ignition followed. Anybody experienced this going from NG to LPG?

No I haven't yet ... It was making too much of a racket to even let it run!

I did a factory reset on boiler if thats it? doesn't the chip tell the gas valve to adjust to lpg right??

Nope you should of adjusted the gas valve

Thanks i'll give that a go in a bit and let you know. Worcester did not supply me with this literature they just gave me the Max settings info not the low!
