Worcester 350 - Hot Water Works - Central Heating does not !

`Hi I have a Worcester 350 Combi Boiler. I have just turned the central heating on for the first time this autumn. The boiler fired up then spluttered and shut down. The hot water still works fine(fires up when tap is turned on). Does anybody have any ideas how to fix the central heating? Thanks

firstly is the boiler up to correct pressure, is pump running, allways a good start!,
