hi all

i fitted practically a new system apart from a radiator and a bit of existing pipework all has been well for a while but recently the pressure has started dropping i can find no leak so i re pressurised the expansion vessel and it worked for a few days now we have the same problem any advice would be helpful the system has 12 rads with 1 more due to be added the boiler is a 37 cdi greenstar hopefully one of you guys can help?

many thanks

paul

check prv ,might be worth putting some ls1 internal leak sealer in system

PRV or internal leak on the expansion vessel. but would seem unlikely on a new boiler

not in boiler ls1 goes in rads/boiler with water, runs round system, and will seal any small leaks, like the old rad weld for cars

had another check for leaks today can find nothing worcester are going to change expansion vessell on monday if all else fails leak sealr it is
