I'm looking at putting a 37CDi in my house. I'm a Gas Engineer, and I've been looking on the Worcester website for a maximum flow rate, and what the drops are in relation to temperature based on different water input pressures, but can't seem to find anything online.

Does anyone know the maximum flow rate on the DHW side (I need a minimum of 2bar, my mains can easily accomodate). I don't see why it shouldn't be achievable.... Does anyone else?

All the best,

DHW flow rate @ 35°C rise15.2 DHW flow rate @ 40°C rise13.3

from Worcester's site

I find WB DHW flow rates WILDLY optimistic. If you're an RGI you know you can buy an awful lot better and cheaper than a 37CDI

baxi 40KW maybe?

or 35KW viessmann 100w?
Viessmann 35kw,I've seen 14lpm on commissioning them.Vaillant 837 is a better bet for me or 838.WB are now way down on my list of options I give for quotes

problem is worcester have the name even if you dont like there boilers if they go wrong there in warranty call out is pretty damn good.

Yeah I've managed to find flow rates, but as someone mentioned; they're at best optimistic. I've heard that Vaillants & Worcesters are tested, like many other boiler makes, on a shortened higher output commercial application (70mm high pressure reduced to 22mm @ constant 21mbar or above), so how much can you relate the info they provide to an 8m 22mm supply?

I'm not sure if the boiler's gonna give a high enough output, so I'm probably looking at a Megaflo, but still gonna have to replace the boiler so I guess double the cost, but inevitably a better system.

System boiler and unvented, better if you've got the dosh and space for cylinder, combi was in 1st post but unvented is far better for flow rates

baxi platinum 40 kw with 5 year guarantee cut it?good boilers
