My mate got problems getting hot water , only got heating , I took off the divertor motor , noticed pin was out with power off
he started getting hot water but no heating , I changed motor (£100) part only . plugged it all back , still no good

any ideas ,

What about the valve itself? pcb sending the signal to move to the actuator?

It don't move in and out when I turn the built in programme off /on

First check flow turbine. Go to 6.d on the service menu, turn on a hot tap if the reading stays at zero change the turbine.

what about the hw flow switch? is it recognising the hot water demand? the paddle can break inside the flow switch on these and obviously if you renew it make sure you put it in the right way up.
