Does anyone know why my boiler will only produce warm water in the winter?
The rest of the year is fine

Assuming combi boiler, the cold water coming in is at a lower temperature and only being heated the same amount so the temp coming out of taps will be slightly lower
You may have to turn the temp up on the boiler to compensate through the colder months

You need to get it checked out possible fault with something, what model Worcester boiler is it ???
