Is it just me or does anyone else think there not that kind when it comes to replace parts in them ? Had to change a flow switch on a greenstar Cdi and it was almost impossible to get the support clip back in ! Anyone had this problem ? Or am I doing something wrong

Your doing something wrong mine are all still under warranty :yes:
 
trying charging the expn vssl on an old 24cdi rsf, nice copper pipe passing over the top of the shraeder valve!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
I know, the skill to avoid the bloody things in the first place!
