Worcester Bosch Greenstar 18riwater leaking from bottom

My WB Greenstar 18ri has started to leak water from the bottom left hand corner , also lots of gurgling sounds last 24 hrs, is this the condensate pipe frozen as looked and no evidence that this is the cause

Sounds like it is your condense, could be blocked though not frozen. They make an awful gurgling sound when the pipe is blocked/frozen. You could try pouring a kettle of water over the pipe if it accesbile. If not call out a GSE and get it checked over properly. Also get it lagged if its not already

Yes mate, will be a frozen condensate.

The o ring on the condensate siphon doesnt hold water too well when they back up.
