Ive got a Worcester Bosch Highflow and the expansion valve is leaking, could it be the header tank?

If your pressure relief Valve is discharging and you regularly have to top it up I would fist ensure you have air in your expansion vessel. Blow pressure off and keep valve open and pump up vessel to about 0.75 - 1bar. Close valve and repressurise system. It would be advisable to clean valve seat whilst pressure has been released
