Hi all,
I will be fitting a new flue to a Worcester boiler as the cement has munched through the old flue in a couple of places.
My question is there anything that I can wrap the flue with as it passes through the wall to act as a sacrificial protector for the new flue. I have thought about using ally tape which is the same material as the flue.
the wall had cement render which is in the process of being replaced with lime render as well so not to sure how that would interact with the new flue.
cheers,
Andy

Please don't touch the flue unless you're gas safe registered....which I doubt you are with a question like that!
