worcester greenstar 12Ri/24Ri clicking noise from boiler

Hi
We have a problem with this boiler.if we turn off heating and leave water heating on, when we turn on heating again we have to reset the boiler before heating comes on, also we have had a clicking sound intermitant from the boiler.

The best thing you can do is call a gas engineer. By the sounds of it you should't be touching it anyway, but of course I apologise if I am mistaken.
