I presume your on a sealed system then? Or do you have a small header tank in the loft?

Hot water cylinder cupboard if it’s a newish house, look for braided fill loop

You don’t if it is on an open vent system.

And depending on how your system is, you'll need a gas safe engineer to take the boiler cover off & bleed the air from the heat exchanger.
