Hi everyone!
Would greatly appreciate advice. I am visiting my elderly parents to find that their boiler is on the blink.

As per the attached photo, the small box to the right of the boiler unit has a flashing green light (located at the top).

The boiler switches on but then randomly switches off, and then back on again. So they have no consistent supply of hot water or heating.

Please help! Thanks in advance, New Bee

Have you tried changing the batteries in the room stat but that wouldn’t effect hot water that should be fine providing the boiler is ok
