Hi,

I have a Worcester Greenstar 24i Junior, just recently we have been having a problem with the hot water.

When you turn the hot water on the boiler kicks in and it starts to warm up but then the water goes cold, also the pressure on the boiler jumps from 1.5 to 2.

After a bit of investigation the diverter valve motor, doesn't move, when you turn the hot water on.

But all i have to do is turn the boiler off, take the diverter valve motor our of its housing, turn the boiler back on, try it out of its housing and the hot water works again, so i put it all back together and everything works fine.

It works fine for about a day and i have to repeat the process, i am thinking of buying a new diverter valve motor, but its doesn't seem to be broken as it works after the above process,

Any Ideas?

thanks in advance.
