i attended site check the pressure, spun the pump reset it still no joy, check MIs they say it a faulty control board ? what do you guys think ? when i switch boiler off then on again the fan blades move 1/4 of a revolution then stop.

cheers all

Too vague to even make a start, what was flashing? What sequence was it flashing?

Just check with your meter all the stats eg o/h stat ect before splashing out on a PCB and also check your wiring harnes to the fan I had one last week fan came on for a few seconds them stopped unplugged at the fan put it back and all worked fine.

not the limit stat guys any other ideas ?

All lights flashing ain't normal fault condition, sounds like PCB is cooked, caution there are 2 types, 1 with power button on earlier models, then later one without power button on top left!

I had this fault on a new Worcester once, the book says new pub, but it was just a fuse blown on the board!
