I posted about a week ago regarding my own boiler (the above) not fitted by me as I cant stand Worcester boilers.
I suspect the hex is leaking as boiler drops pressure even with service valves closed.
I have had it off for a good day now have topped it up twice to around 2 bar and the pressure consistently falls. No sign of it leaking through the prv which I replaced last week after I managed to snap the lever off the last one which then naturally refused to seal. I emptied the condense trap but it has not filled so if the hex is leaking it must be slow and possibly drying before it reaches the sump. Are there any other indicators that its shot below are some pics of the hex which shows signs of bean tin ribbing, and slight rust coloured staining on the sump seal. I think I know rge answer to my question but really dontvwant to replace the boiler right now but resent the idea of giving Worcester money to replace a hex less than 10 years old.
