Worcester jounior 28 making banging noise like exposions but intermitant help

:smartass2:checked co2 reading working pressure and spoke to technical and they said check diaphram for sicking at the back of fan housing and all ok
its drivin me mad
only other thing is when coming away...​

I think you'll need to check Air/gas ratio at high AND low mate. Normally that diaphragm flys into the fan and screws it up (so always order both on that model if the fan goes).

Yeah i would say high/low air gas ratio as well should be 9.2% low and 9.8% high

Scaled hex
Faulty aav
