worcester junior 28i hot water problem

hot water works sometimes and doesn't other times, it is a new boiler but has been in storage for 3 yrs what do you think the problem is. i was think thermistor or pcb board plz help guys.

worcester thermistas read 8 - 20k ohms depending on temp [ higher resistance, the cooler temp]

so does it sound like the pcb or thermistor? so just check the ohms across the thermistor and needs to be 8k ohms yeah?

If cold nearer 20 k ohms. turn off electric, remove connecter, test, if boiler warm run hot tap with the power still off & watch the reading. as it cools down the reading will go up
