doing a couple small jobs tomorrow at custs house and one of them is on 24 cdi system boiler,

had quick look at it boiler flashes up but the circuit only gets luke warm and the temp on the boiler does not rise , stat was on full and rads fully open on trv's

pushed it onto boost and it worked fine but like i said without boost it flashed up but not on high flame ,

any usual faults on these type of boilers??

If you had power of, boiler will need to go for its sequence for about 20 min and if you do press anything it will restart segueing checking again and will not go to full flame

Its not new boiler its old and as far as im aware not been switched off either jyst dont want to reach any firm of temp

Had five minute look at it other day

Leave it for 15 mins then it should crank up. Think this feature was introduced about 2008?
