Need to fit an external pressure vessel as on board one has leaky diaphragm. Forgot to check what the connection is to the return and wondering if i should disconnect the old feed pipe and blank it. If so,does anyone know what size fitting? Ta
 
Indeed,,its either leave it on or cap it off..I'm leaning toward leaving it in but just wanted to be tidy.
 
Do aftermarket exp vessels (eg screwfix) typically have a 3/4 mbsp thread suitable for a 3/4" flex tap connector/iso valve assy?

OK..just need to sort out a diy stand for the PV as the supplied brackets are usually naff and im stuck for space so it will have to sit on floor in boiler cupboard.
 
:eek:mg_smile:Get a meter long flexi & then the custard can lift it off the floor to Hoover below it!
 
more hassle making a stand than popping 4 screws in a wall and tightening a big jubilee clip
 
I'm thinking a circular cross section of something...maybe drain pipe or PE pipe..
