Came across this today landlady had binned previous plumber as was always a mare , thought this was a top quality install !!
Boiler put bin by him 4 year ago and got another dozen llsc to do on her places .

were the dumbbell weight there to stop the plastic pipe pushing the floorboards up

Just goes to prove the saying, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and feck me that is one ugly install!!!!
 
the whole room could be pished. boiler might be level. from the rest of the work it seems a good theory since he's clearly a stubborn stickler for perfectionism at any relative cost.
