Just been checking through my emails and just noticed one from a company called sequence uk .
They say that they work with estate agents and have seen me on check a trade and have 300 properties in my immediate area. No cost or anything just fill out a pre contract questionnaire and off i go .

They also give details of the estate agents in my area whom i will deal with anyone heard of sequence uk??

Not to be sinical but sounds like one the companies that i get calls from at least once a week,
either wanting payment up frount for leads to work or want a commision off each job

They want a fairly steep commission which in practise makes you look rather uncompetitive in the eyes of landlords.

The leads they passed me were fairly poor quality, tenants often weren't in etc, inappropriate leads - i.e. fixing a window lock 50 miles away (I did remind them we are a plumbing company). I ended up saying thanks but no thanks.
