Toxic Ted

I'm off for another week in Bournemouth tomorrow morning, how many of you work away?.....or is it just me?

I worked away for 6 weeks a couple of years back. Worked in Norwich which is a nice enough part of the world but dreaded the drive back on a Friday afternoon. Never again :-(

i shudder at at driving to the other side of birmingham now :) luckily I'm always local now. I drove 15 miles on Friday and did 9 jobs :)

Ive got 24 rooms with en suites to refurbish.....the money is not bad and paid every week, so money comes first at the moment....

Was alright most of the time, don't get me wrong, but not these days. I like me own bed too much & the present Mrs Viscous is an awesome cook!!!!

And i blame the guys from your neck of the woods i was working beside being a bad influence, although they would probably blame me

Wish I had an offer to work (anywhere)!!!!!

Nah, not that bad as I keep busy doing other bits for people but still need plumb work and more experience.

Anyone? I'm free!!

I've already asked the question pointing out the advantages of having someone run pipework and clip ahead of me but we had tools disappear from a site last year after we used a firm of local tilers and he wont have anyone new on site as a result of that. Shame really as its a win win situation ........feckin tilers!
