Hi,
I help to manage a family central heating business in North London and I'm always looking for ways to improve.
Eventually when their ready, my parents will retire but because I'm their daughter they are having difficulty letting go of responsibility and I'm sure they don't want to feel redundant this is proving quite alkward as my career is on standstill until they make up their minds.
What to do? I don't want to exert a load of imput into improving the business for no reason.
Theres a lot of competition with small and large corporate companies, the business has an amazing customer base as it has been running for 40 years so it is doing OK, I thought I'd join this forum in the hope of getting advice and reviews or offer advice when required.
