Hi

New to the forum and I have a problem... There is zero pressure on a Worcester Bosch Greenstar 30Si. I'm a novice at these sort of things but I found a video on Youtube that demonstrated how to fill the system with the white plastic key. Gave it a go, the key fitted in fine, but turning it and turning the white screw next to it didn't raise the pressure at all. Now the white screw won't turn any further.

Any suggestions? Apologies for being a complete idiot about these things...

Well you seem to have done what was required, seems like the filling valve is broken maybe :nonod:

hi you will find that the white fifty pence piece shaped valve head is worn best thing to do is purchase new valve head

Thought maybe that but op says it turns and then stops as can turn no more,so presume spindle is turning also ?

try turning with pliers or grips if it wont turn then assembly needs replaced but i reckon valve head will be turning and not doing anything
