    Will my bathroom sink take a mixer tap?

    Hi, My bathroom is getting redone in a few weeks. I have the option of 2 taps again or a mixer. I've seen online that if the hot flow is 'too much' lower than the cold, a mixertap won't work well. How do I know if it might be an issue? (Or what the cause of difference is?)     Which make is fairly foolproof? I tend to almost always go down the mechanical unblocking route but I want to leave a few bottles for a few tenants (not mine).

    Dripping Quarter Turn Cold Water Kitchen Sink Tap.

    I have a quarter turn cold water kitchen tap that has a slight drip and cannot see if the valve assembly is removed from the top? ---- there is a blue plastic cover in the top but does not seem to come off?.......... have photos of tap if anyone can help?.

    Ikea sink trap to 1 1/2 waste

    I have an Ikea sink with trap however the waste fkexi hose does not connect to the 1 1/2 white waste pipe. Is there any fitting I can get to connect the two together or should I use normal traps and bends from the holes in the sink.
