I know a while ago that there was an issue with regards to some members who fell into certain criteria (what year they registered for eg) that meant when we removed the Trusted Advisor tag and moved towards the Esteemed automated version, we may have not rewarded some of the incredibly brilliant plumbers who spent a fair bunch of hours on here between them all.
So I'd like to right that wrong.
Can I reach out and ask if anybody knows anybody who had found this issue with their account? Could people please ask about a bit for me so I can see some example accounts?
