Hi all, could do with some advice on a fault I had earlier..? Much thanks in advance:

Customer has a worcester 28Si combi, paper work says installed about 7yrs ago although they only have property for 3 yrs or so,

I'm finding a fault on the air pressure switch/fan area. All is fine when the c/h system is up and running, works all good... when the hot tap in the kitchen downstairs is turned on, within a minute the indicator shows a fault on the air flow? I leave the tap running to see the results and the fan shuts off for 5 mins, then burner starts up again for 1-2 mins before shutting off again for 5 mins. It seems to cut in and out like clockwork; off for 5mins on for 2mins....

I've done the same for both the bathroom basin and bath but no problem there? The fan works fine for c/h so i believe the fan is fine, i've tested pressure switch and cleaned the hoses and all good there i think. I've also checked the flue for blockage but seems like none there either?

Any advice please? Much appreciated.
