Ariston Euro Combi SX20 MFFICE

Evening All

Recently serviced a Ariston Euro Combi SX20 MFFICE with everything surprisingly fine, 6 weeks later clients calls with no hot water.

CH works, HW is luke warm, the boiler is firing when you open a hot tap, my thinking is diverter valve is gone but would like some advice from those with more experience than me

does not have any it has mechanical thermostats ,to the op when in hot water mode does the ch flow pipe get very hot?

calorifiers blocked,diverters bottom spring has failed, or a faulty mixer tap or mixer/thermo shower in the house

How do I check if its the calorifier is blocked.

with difficulty,rule out the mixer issue you then have to decide diverter or calorifier,when you run the hot tap does the divertor plunger stay in contact with the microswitch ? does the burner stay lit?
