There are mainly only 2 types of thread. Fine thread and course thread. Kuterlite, Jevco and a couple of others are fine all the rest are course. They are interchangable.
There are a couple of other different threads and but if it is less than 15 years old it won't be them.
There will be someone round about who could help you with this. There always is.

I've bought most of the 28mm compression fittings and as i say the nuts on them fit one of the brass fittings on the back of the stove but the other 3 are much finer threads
Get a plumber who owns his own helicopter to come over. There will loads of them with the massive wages they earn. Lol!

Tbh those solid fuel stoves are a hard job to fit, especially if it is not just a replacement. The 28mm pipework is a job for a really skilled plumber. A decent plumber may not necessarily be expensive to do the skilled part for you. It is a myth that most plumbers are ripping people off. £500 or £600 is worth paying out to someone to help you. What's the point of doing the work all yourself if it is dangerous or not working 100% or is shoddy work that needs taken out again, hence a waste of materials. My opinion about doing DIY is do the easy jobs if you think you can, but leave the very skilled jobs to someone that works at the job.
Plumbers will make the assumption that you haven't a clue when you ask basic questions.

give me 10 days i will sail upto you. all you lads can fight it out in the urban towns and citys. im going to the rural places that need accessed by helicopter and boat. im not having it that your soooo far away there isnt a plumber locally that will be doing this type of work day in day out. i assume you have a boiler ? maybe ring the GSR that fitted that and ask if he can or knows who works with solid fuel stoves.

Probably too late now but a little heat with your Mapp torch will help no end. If really stubborn alternate heat and WD40 but make sure you have covered everything and the area is well ventilated. It can all get a bit Live and Let die if not careful !
