Your only chance of getting Iodophor is by scrounging some from someone with kennels or a farm as it only comes in big containers. Personally I'd just give it a really good wash down and scrub with Flash if its a concrete base.

I might just do that, eventually it will all decompose and dry out and smell will be gone. Just need to keep an eye on it.

Guess it was that pushfit crap?

Whilst you are under there get rid of all the pushfit and redo it properly with solvent weld pipe and fittings so it won't happen again.
