bar mixer shower

hi everyone
I have recently installed a bar mixer shower for a customer and they are saying the temp is only Luke warm at best. am I right in thinking I can get restrictors that fit inside the valve to even out the flow

In line restrictor in cold feed to shower may help but tank fed supply giving balanced pressure would be better option.

Why not just adjust the thermostat in the shower? The instructions will tell you how to do that if you don't.
Usually you take the end cap off the temperature side and adjust with an Alan key buy others are different.

DO you mean hot water from cylinder

oil boiler has its own tank there is no hot water cylinder
