bathroom works needed Edinburgh

Need anyone with some time to have a look at and supply a quote for a landlady, she's a nicer old sole but boughtthe flat and the bath seals gone, walls soaked, boxing for shower crumbling and tiles coming off .
Advised getting the whole wall redone but some of the tiles might be ok. Needs an extract fan too.
