Hi I've had a problem like this before on another boiler where the micro switch is still made inside when no demand being made, I would check they are making and braking.
 
Just a little note when the diverter was changed it may have dropped aome water into the new PCB, Cant be any other thing as I see it then again I am only a chippie, but a better plumber than most I know

it can easily happen but this fault would be evident after the dv change i assume thats not the case
 
If it was dhw it would show that on the panel. You would also see the diverted operating the push rod If it was a leak under the floor linked to dhw then it would be constant as no pre heat is on the boiler. Well maybe not constant but pretty damn near it. Is it maintaing pressure?

yes maintaing pressure no leaks,the fault is, as if the micro switch is on permantly, as soon as you switch on the pump runs and away it goes.
 
the light on the panel does not light up but if dhw is selected the boiler will fire with no light coming on or no demand,strange one me thinking electrical..?
